4. Organized Real Estate Partners
Once your LDAR Membership is approved, you become an automatic member of The Alberta Real Estate Association and the Canadian Real Estate Association.
CREA is one of Canada’s largest single-industry associations. Our membership includes more than 155,000 brokers, agents and salespeople working through 75 real estate boards and associations across Canada. CREA advocates for a legislative and regulatory environment that enables REALTORS® to serve Canadian homeowners better, aspiring homeowners and communities. REALTOR.ca, owned by REALTORS, is the only real estate portal that combines MLS® System feeds from every real estate board and association in the country.
The Real Estate Insurance Exchange (REIX) was established in 1991 to protect subscribers from losses resulting from errors, omissions and negligent acts while performing their real estate duties.
Under the Real Estate Act, whenever a consumer deposits money in trust through a real estate broker, property manager, or commercial broker, the interest that is earned on the deposit is accumulated and forwarded to the Foundation for reinvestment into Alberta’s communities.
LDAR is a trusted source for real estate information and professional services in Lethbridge and surrounding areas.
