Seth Weissman, author, attorney, REALTOR® advocate, and educator, has dedicated his career to presenting information in an engaging way to keep REALTORS® informed, out of trouble, and ahead of their competition. He is general counsel to Georgia REALTORS® and has served in this role for over 30 years. Seth has written two highly acclaimed books for REALTORS® on real estate negotiations namely, Done Deal! The Real Estate Agent’s Guide to Mastering Negotiations and previously Secrets of Winning the Real Estate Negotiation Game®. He has also published 6 editions of The Red Book of Real Estate Contracts in Georgia, the treatise on Georgia real estate. He is the creator and presenter of Safe Real Estate, a YouTube series dedicated to educating agents and brokers on real estate law and regularly teaches continuing education classes to agents. Seth is a Duke Law School graduate, a summa cum laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, and a former Professor of Practice at Georgia Tech.
